At Dymetra Solutions LLC ("Platform"), regulatory compliance is not merely enforced through contractual obligations, but strictly hardcoded into our telecommunications architecture and Large Language Model (LLM) logic. We implement a Compliance-by-Design framework to proactively protect end-users and shield our B2B Clients from liability.
1. Zero Trust Call Gating & Filtering
Our outbound architecture operates on a Zero Trust validation layer to ensure no prohibited communication is executed:
- Automated Scrubbing: Prior to processing, Client databases are synchronously scrubbed via API against the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and known TCPA litigator databases. This caching process is refreshed no less than every 31 days.
- Dynamic Geo-Timing: The system enforces hard algorithmic blocks preventing communication outside the federally mandated 08:00–21:00 window (or stricter state-level restrictions, e.g., 20:00 for Florida residents). Time zones are dynamically resolved based on the end-user's area code and geographic data.
SIP Trunk Architecture: The Platform verifies consent tokens, DNC clearance, and localized time-zone compliance synchronously before sending the Dial command to the SIP trunk. Unauthorized calls physically cannot be executed.
2. AI Transparency (Start Node Protocol)
To comply with emerging federal mandates regarding Artificial Intelligence disclosure, our conversational agents are bound by strict Start Node routing:
- Mandatory Disclosure: Client conversational scripts are algorithmically required to include a clear identifier in the initial dialogue node (e.g., "This call is utilizing an AI voice assistant on behalf of [Company Name].").
- Immediate Caller Identification: The AI agent is programmed to state the contracting company's name and the exact purpose of the call immediately. Deferring or masking this information within the dialogue logic is systemically disabled.
3. NLU-Powered Opt-Out & Cross-Channel Suppression
End-Users retain absolute control to terminate communications at any time. Our Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model is specifically trained on hostile and varied opt-out intents:
- The 2-Second Rule: Our AI agents support ultra-low latency "barge-in" interruptions. End-Users can activate a voice opt-out menu within 2 seconds of the initial greeting.
- Advanced Intent Recognition: Unlike legacy IVR systems relying on exact match "stop words," our NLU intercepts conversational rejections (e.g., "take me off your list," "stop calling me," or profanity) and immediately triggers the suppression protocol.
A2P 10DLC Cross-Channel Synchronization: Suppression lists are maintained on highly available, encrypted databases with sub-millisecond read latency. A voice opt-out instantly writes to the global suppression list, strictly preventing race conditions where a follow-up SMS might be dispatched. No mobile information or consent will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
4. Algorithmic Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) Laws
We provide full infrastructure transparency to align with regional ADMT frameworks, including the Colorado AI Act:
- Seamless Human Handoff: AI workflows are designed with mandatory "escape hatches." If an end-user requests human assistance, or the AI identifies a complex qualification, the system seamlessly routes the active call to a live Client operator.
- Documentation for Deployers: Dymetra Solutions LLC provides Clients with a technical "System Passport" outlining the logic, qualification parameters, and known limitations of the LLM to facilitate their own internal risk assessments.
